If you are feeling well and so are the people you live with you’re welcome to visit Cadw sites as they re-open. If you or people around you have flu or common cold-like symptoms please stay at home and book your tickets at a later date. If you become ill after booking your tickets please email cadw@pti.cymru
Please check our social media channels before you visit in case of any site closures. If in doubt please call the site directly before you travel. Some of our sites may have restricted access during this period, with some small or narrow spaces not accessible. Site telephone numbers can be found on our website: cadw.gov.wales
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable due to our need to strictly control the number of people onsite at all times. Should the site close for any unforeseen reason all ticket purchases for that period will be automatically refunded. Please contact us if you do not receive your refund within 10 working days.
If you have reserved free tickets, your ticket may be invalid without an accompanying membership card or proof of promotion.
The following free entry categories must be accompanied by proof of membership to validate your ticket; Cadw member, English Heritage Member, Historic Scotland Member, CSSC member, Monument Pass holder, Local Residents’ Pass holders, Senior Pass holders.
Any free ticket without the backing of the above will be invalid. Please note that this does not apply to disabled visitor and companion access. If you are in doubt whether you qualify for free entry please email cadw@pti.cymru
1st year English Heritage and Historic Scotland members are entitled to 50% reduced price entry; please book a free member ticket and pay your reduced admission on arrival.
